Chutneys Halal Kitchen

The commercial angle

Third party delivery platforms typically take fifteen to thirty percent of every order in commission. Chutneys wanted a way for customers to order directly for pickup, paying the restaurant instead of a delivery platform's cut.

What we built

A six page site built around a custom direct ordering system: a cart, pickup time slot selection, and a WhatsApp or text handoff to complete the order, instead of routing payment through a third party app.

“Webuvo Studio didn't just build us a new website. They created an entirely new source of revenue for our restaurant. Since launching direct pickup ordering, we keep significantly more of the sale instead of giving a large percentage away in marketplace commissions. For a family-owned restaurant, that makes a real difference.”
